As the MD and CEO of SBM Bank (India) Ltd. (SBMBI), I reaffirm our unwavering commitment to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We recognize that bribery and corruption erode trust, distort fair markets, and damage reputations. In line with our core values, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of bribery and corruption.

This policy applies to all employees, officers, directors, and third-party associates of the Bank. We strictly prohibit the offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving of any bribe or improper payment-whether directly or indirectly to secure any undue business advantage.

We are fully committed to complying with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and other relevant regulations in India. All employees are expected to remain vigilant and report any suspected violations through our secure and confidential whistleblower channel at civ@sbmbank.co.in . Every report will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to reinforce our zero-tolerance stance.

We will continue to strengthen our internal controls, deliver regular training, and foster a culture of ethical conduct at every level of the organization.
